Vodacom Stormers team vs UCT

Vodacom Stormers coach Allister Coetzee announced a 25 player squad to participate in a contact practice session against UCT on Saturday 16 January at 10am at the Alan Zondagh Rugby Performance Centre in Riebeeck West.

“Our preparation is progressing well and we have a number of fixtures lined up to test our systems, look at our depth and work on our intensity and accuracy,”  said Vodacom Stormers coach Allister Coetzee.

In addition to this weekend’s contact session against UCT, the Vodacom Stormers take on Super Rugby franchises the Western Force and the Sharks in the Neo Africa Tri-Series at Newlands on 23 and 29 January respectively, and Boland at the Cape Town Stadium on 6 February.  As a curtain raiser to the Force game, a further Vodacom Stormers team will take on a Maties side.
