UCT gear up for NNK
The Ikeys forwards ready for a kick off.
UCT will travel to Parow NNK tonight and are looking to continue their good run of form. The team has changed slightly from last week, with promising youngster Pallo Manuel coming into the fold at lock. (Photo Peter van As)
Rob Hopwood is starting at wing, coming in for the injured Marcello Sampson and young Matt Page takes over at hooker for Hanyani Shimange who is back with Western Province.
With Michael Passaportis out sick and regular lock Don Armand and back-up utility forward Dane Galley injured, Pallo Manuel gets a well deserved change to debut for the 1st team.
NNK had a big defeat at the hands of the rampaging Maties last week, but were unlucky to go down with so many points against. They will look to redeem themselves on their home ground, so a tough battle awaits the Ikey Tigers.
The match kicks off at 9 o’clock at Jan Burger Stadium in Parow.
