UCT back on track against SK Walmers

FNB UCT scored two late tries to secure a welcome 36-28 WP Super League win over a tough SK Walmers outfit at the Green Mile on Saturday.

The Ikeys led 21-14 at half-time, but found themselves trailing 26-28 in the closing stages of the match.

However, the experience and skill of a player like Adrian Kritzinger shone through as the students rallied strongly to finish well.

Kritzinger scored a try and created the others, with winger Paul Cohen touching down twice.

Flyhalf Nick Holton kicked two penalties but missed six conversions which would have made the match safer a lot earlier for the students who lost narrowly (24-29) to Hamilton's during the week.
