Tigers change for Pukke trek

The Ikeys coaching team have selected Dillyn Leyds at flyhalf for their clash against NWU-Pukke in Potchefstroom on Monday.

Leyds, who has played the season at fullback is expected to give the FNB Ikeys the neccessary enterprise to have a shot at turning their season around.

UCT are very disappointed not shutting out UJ in round three, after being 18:13 up at the half and tied at 26:26 with 20minutes to play and they are gearing up to do better than the 29:29 draw they got against Pukke last season.

Wing Richard Stewart comes back into the starting line-up after being out last week and regular 10 Ross Jones-Davies switches with positions with Dillyn Leyds.

In the pack there is only one change with hard working backrow forward Joshua Katzen back from injury moving into the starting line-up while Brad Bosman shifts onto the bench for this clash.

The trip to Potchefstroom could very well be the make or break for the Ikeys, as they hope to register their first win of their campaign.

Meanhwhile Ikeys skipper Levi Odendaal and center Nick Holton both underwent  ACL knee surgery on Friday and are starting the long road of recovery – all the best to them!
