Stienhoff Internal League – The Road to the Finals

Congratulations and Welcome to all teams this is the  knock- out stages of the Steinhoff Internal League. Its been an event full journey and hard work for most teams but THE ROAD TO THE FINALS begins here.

  HOW THEY WILL LINE UP
  ·         All teams will advance to a quarter-final stage with the top 2 teams from each Pool competing for the Cup (places 1-8) and the remaining teams for the Bowl (places 9-16). Semi-finals and Finals will follow. However, during these Final stages no side will be knocked out but rather advance through the stages at a lower level. Therefore each side will be playing for a place on the day of the Finals.

  A – SECTION (1-8)
  ·           Top finisher in Group A will play 2nd place In Group D      (A)
  Top finisher in Group B will play 2nd place In Group C      (B)
  Top finisher in Group C will play 2nd place In Group B      (C)
  Top finisher in Group D will play 2nd place In Group A       (D)
   
  The Winners in A will play the Winner in D
  The Winners in B will play the Winner in C
  (the four Winners will thus play for 1^st – 4^th place)
  (the four losers will play for 5^th – 8^th place)
   
  B – SECTION
  ·           3rd place finisher in Group A will play 4th place In Group D
  3rd place finisher in Group B will play 4th place In Group C
  3rd place finisher in Group C will play 4th place In Group B
  3rd place finisher in Group D will play 4th place In Group A
   
  The same goes for this section. Just remember you playing for postions (9 – 16)
