IT’S D-DAY FOR THE TEAMS IN THE STEINHOFF UCT INTERNAL LEAGUE
The question to be asked regarding tonight’s matches is who will fall and who will prevail as we kick off with our first internal matches for 2010.
The UCT Steinhoff internal is finally a go ahead for teams waiting in anticipation to showcase their newly recruited players. There is sure to be players with jittery nerves as most of the players involved in tonight’s matches are new comers to the scene. So lets hope they settle quickly and give the spectators value and excitement for their time down on the Green mile.
The match between Steinhoff Tornadoes and Steinhoff Panthers will surely be a fierce contested match as Tornadoes are firm favourites to win this one but Ryan Mcknight , Steinhoff Panthers Manager has assured me of an upset come the end of tonight’s match. So we shall wait and see. Other firm favourites as per spectators choice are Clarendon with Ikhaya having a whole new squad, Clarendon over Ubumbo and wild boys tipped to beat Kopano. Teams to play to a draw are new comers Catsville CPUT and Turtle as well as Marquard and Sheeben Boys.
Teams have a chance to set the pace nice and early in their group stages and with these predicted outcomes it makes tonight’s games a must see.
