Ikeys in Western Province U19s Squad

The Ikey Tigers had a number of players selected to represent WP under 19 in the 2019 under 19 rugby week.

The Cape side topped the Coastal Section after beating the Cell C Sharks by 20-19 in the final match.

In their first two matches, DHL WP scored 21 tries as they beat Eastern Province (71-12) and Boland (64-10), conceding only three in the process.

WP faced the Bulls in the final and despite scoring four tries, the same number of tries as the Bulls, they went down 32-24 in a closely fought game.
